I’ve had an exciting, multi-faceted 20-year corporate career which has included three country relocations, three maternity leaves and working in multiple industry sectors with a variety of role changes.
This has given me, most importantly, first-hand experience of the challenges that career change can have on both a practical and emotional level.

I know personally that the pace of work, perceived status and high level of responsibilities can lead to anxiety, lethargy and imposter syndrome. I know what it’s like to not feel satisfied in your chosen path and be as proud of your career as you want it to be.
But it doesn’t have to be like that. I have a unique approach that combines my corporate background and my training (I have a Professional Coaching Qualification from the Henley Business School). This, paired with my experience in working with professionals from a range of different sectors and backgrounds, has allowed me to develop a coaching programme that balances the emotional with the practical. My style is both energetic and empathetic and one that will ultimately deliver change.
I provide my clients with both mindset support and a practical toolkit that helps them to quickly access the pathway to where they want to be. I help clients to take control of their career, to feel more satisfied, be more productive and feel proud of what they are achieving.
